We work exclusively as a pastry lab, and everything is made to order only. To give you the time and attention you need, all visits and order pick-ups are arranged in advance. Please contact us on WhatsApp or by email. Once you get in touch, we tell you about the available products and prices, then we agree on all the details of the order together. A few things to know before you order.

How far in advance you need to place your order
Birthday cakes are ordered at least 4 days before the event for a standard decoration and at least 6 days before for a complex decoration, with figurines or prints.

The number of portions needed for your guests
To choose the quantity, we recommend 100-150 g of cake per person, allowing for the size of the portions and any extra portions. For example, for 20 people we recommend a 2.5-3 kg cake. Tiered cakes can be made from 6 kg.

Delivery
For events and candy bars for more than 70 people, delivery and set-up are included in the price, in the city of Constanța and the neighbouring localities.

Storage
To keep the products fresh and their texture intact, cakes are kept in the fridge until they are served.

How can I place an order?
Orders are placed through WhatsApp or by email at comenzi.chocoebon@gmail.com. Once you get in touch, we tell you about the available products and prices, then we agree on all the details of the order together.

Can you make a cake from a reference picture?
Yes, depending on how complex the design is, we can make a cake as close as possible to the reference picture. Because it is made by hand, it may show small differences in decoration and shade. Lighting and photo editing can change how the colours look, and some images generated with artificial intelligence include details that cannot be reproduced faithfully in reality.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, we ask for a deposit for orders for events. For birthday cakes, a deposit is only needed for designs with a complex decoration.

Will the cake weigh exactly what I ordered?
The final weight may vary by about 300-500 g more or less than ordered, because every cake is made by hand.

Do you make sugar-free cakes?
No, our range does not include sugar-free cakes.

Do you use premixes in your cakes?
We do not use premixes. All the creams, sponges and inserts are made entirely in our lab.
